These terms apply to velivoralibrary.shop and to every order placed with Velivora Library.

1. Who we are

Velivora Library is an online retailer selling Books & stationery. We are an online-only retailer and do not operate a customer-facing showroom. Business & order fulfilment address: 75, Kanadia Main Rd, Bangali Square, Sukh Shanti Nagar, Brijeshwari Annexe, Indore, Madhya Pradesh 452016, India.

2. Product information

Product pages describe the paper weight, the ruling, the page count and the pack size from the information available to us. Cover shade on a screen is never exact.

3. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline an order that is out of stock, obviously mispriced, or bound for a PIN code our couriers do not serve, and we refund it in full.

4. Prices, payment and tax

Prices are in Indian Rupees and may change without affecting orders already confirmed. Payment is by UPI or Cash on Delivery. Applicable delivery charges are shown before checkout is completed. We are a small online retailer currently below the applicable GST registration threshold, so the business is not registered for GST, GST is not charged separately, no tax is added at checkout, and we cannot issue a GST tax invoice bearing a GSTIN.

5. Delivery, returns and cancellation

Governed by the Shipping, Return & Refund and Cancellation policies, which form part of these terms. Delivery windows are estimates.

6. Safe use

Keep pens capped and stored flat so the ink does not dry, and keep notebooks out of direct sun — covers fade faster than the paper ages.

7. Using this site

Please do not copy our photographs or page text for another store, interfere with the site, or place fraudulent orders.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Indian law. Where permitted by law, our liability for a product-related claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected product. We provide no additional warranty through our store.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer rights and applicable jurisdiction rules, courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh will have jurisdiction.
